30-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

• Product must be at least 75% full (reasonable usage for evaluation)
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Product must be purchased directly from fitam.store

How to Return

1. Email us at support@fitam.store with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the product back (original or secure packaging)
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Refund Method

• Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method
• COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (provide bank details)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fitam.store with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, please initiate a return after delivery.
